The first
writers week took place in November, 2002 in London. We brought
all of the GMW writers together in London. Kevin from Los Angeles,
Mark from Paris, Stuart from Glasgow and Jon , George and Sean.
The idea is based on Miles Copeland's castle idea. This time
we invited Marco Hovius from EMI Holland band "16 Down" and
Strengholt/Purple Eye artist Birgit. We also had a number of
UK based artists as well. Our goal is to set-up 4 writer week
sessions per year.
